As part of our work exchange program, you’ll receive:Housing: Stay in a fully equipped studio, within walking distance to the beach and our surf school in the town of El Macao, Punta Cana.
Vehicle: You will be assigned a vehicle for your personal use during your stay. You will be able to explore the area and other parts of the country on your free time (to get the vehicle a valid Driver’s License is required).
Lunch: You will be able to enjoy staff lunch during your work days.
Immersive Surf Culture: Enjoy living a short distance from the beach, be part of our international community in Punta Cana, with plenty of opportunities to surf during your free time, and meeting amazing people.
Complimentary Surf Lessons and Unlimited use of our equipment and facilities!
What We are Looking For
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and responsible individuals.
- A commitment to work diligently during your scheduled hours.
- Fluent English communication skills (Spanish or other languages is a bonus, but not
required!). - Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service
- A love for surf, the ocean and adventure is a definite plus!
Resort Activities Coordinator
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to assist as Resort Activities Coordinator for 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Your responsibilities will include:
- Informing guests of available water activities for each day.
- Coordinating times and bookings activities.
- Serve as guide for guests in all guided activities.
- Gather media for our Social Media Managers.
- Support staff and clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Having some knowledge in water sports like surfing, bodyboarding, or paddle boarding, etc. is important.
Surf School Coordinator
We’re looking for dedicated individuals to assist as Surf School Coordinator for 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Your responsibilities will
include:
- Operating the Surf School Service Desk..
- Make bookings as needed.
- Answer emails and customer inquiries.
- Gather media for our Social Media Managers.
- Support staff and clients to ensure a smooth customer experience.
No prior experience in administration? No problem! We’ll provide the
necessary training to get you up to speed.
