A day in your life
This Is What Tuesday Looks Like
6:00 AM — You paddle out at Macao Beach as the sun crests the palm trees. The lineup is quiet. The water is warm. The perfect way to start any day!
8:30 AM — Shower, breakfast, take a short walk or even shorter drive to the school in your car.
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM — Your shift. You help guests discover surfing for the first time, coordinate activities, and capture moments for the school’s social media content. Feel the energy and satisfaction of interacting with exciting people from all over the world!
3:00 PM — Free. The afternoon is yours. Maybe you catch the afternoon swell. Maybe you meet the team for a cold Presidente at sunset.
On your days off — Two days per week to see more of the Dominican Republic. Visit other secluded and less known places in Punta Cana and the rest of the country. Explore to your adveturous heart’s content!

You’re the energy of the beach. You connect guests with the waves, coordinate daily activity schedules, guide experiences, and capture content that shows the world what Macao Beach is all about. Perfect for outgoing, water-confident people who love meeting others.

🏄🏽♀️ Surf School Coordinator
You’re the heartbeat of the operation. You manage bookings, answer guest inquiries, support the team, and help create a seamless experience from first inquiry to last wave. No admin experience needed — we’ll train you from day one.
- Operate the school service desk and booking system
- Respond to emails and customer questions
- Support content and media collection
- Keep the guest experience running smoothly
Who We are Looking For
This Is For You If...You’re energetic, adaptable, and genuinely excited to be part of something special. You communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a bonus and you’ll pick it up fast here). You show up on time, take ownership of your role, and treat guests and teammates with respect.
If you are eager to experience other cultures, learn from others and immerse yourself in a new adventure.
You don’t need to be a surfer. Both rolls heavily rely on Customer Service. You don’t need years of hospitality experience. You just need a love for the ocean, a curiosity about the world, and a commitment to giving your best during your working hours.
