Surfing is our passion! When we are not teaching, we are surfing! Come and join us!Can you pick us up at our hotel?
Yes! Transportation is included to and from most of the hotels in the Punta Cana area. Some resorts, due to the distance, require an additional transfer fee. You can verify any additional fee when you choose your hotel in the reservation form. Transportation services are not available on Sundays.
At what time are your lessons?
We have lessons starting at 9am, 11am, 1pm and 3pm. You can verify dates and times available by clicking the “Book Now” link.
What if conditions change and I want to change my surfing date?

What are your age requirements?
We teach people of all ages. We just require that participants know how to swim and feel confident in the water. We teach small children and not-very-experienced-swimmers in a very controlled and secure environment, in shallow water.
Do you offer group discounts?
The more the merrier!! You can see the option for reduced group rates in the booking form, under “5+ surfers”.
How many surfers per instructor? What is the size of the group?
For Private Lessons our student to instructor ratio in the water is always 1 to 1. Semi-Private Lessons a maximum of 3 students (in the same booking) to 1 instructor. The safety briefing, and theory on the sand are provided in a small group setting.
When are you closed?
We are closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and the last three days of Easter Week. You will not be able to book lessons or rentals on those days.
What should I bring to the beach?
Bring sun-block and a towel. We provide rash-guards to clients taking lessons.
Can I take multiple lessons throughout my vacation?
Absolutely! We offer great savings on Multiple-days packages that you can book under “Surf Immersion”.
How many hours will I be out of the hotel?
From pick-up to drop-off approximately 3.5 – 4 hours. It will vary depending on your hotel’s location and the number of stops the shuttle makes.
I have never surfed before, and do not consider myself a fit person. Could I still take the lessons?
Yes!! Surfing is a very technical sport and with the proper equipment and instruction, anyone can do it!
I have had recent surgery/health problems. Can I still take the lessons?
Only with the ok of your doctor. Surfing is a rigorous physical activity.
I have taken lessons before, can I just rent the equipment?
We offer rentals for anyone with former experience, but we will ensure that you know the safety rules, surfing etiquette and have enough knowledge and skill to surf on your own without supervision.
I want to take the lessons but my partner just wants to come along. Is this possible?
Sure! There is a transportation fee for non-surfing companions. This option is bookable on the booking form.
Can we meet you on the beach?
Absolutely! Just choose “Do not need transportation” when making your reservation. Important to contact us for directions as Google Maps and Waves can send you the wrong way!
How are the sea conditions on Macao beach?
Macao Beach is a shallow beach break with a sandy bottom. The beach has the advantage of offering smaller waves to the right, and they get bigger to the left, so there is something for every skill level.
